Former nightclub IT defined the atmosphere at Rembrandt Square in the early 90’s and 00’s and AIR has adopted this job since its opening in 2010. Over the years, AIR has focused on a number of important values: tolerance, diversity, creativity, quality and freedom. The club is a household name in Amsterdam’s nightlife, but it doesn’t only attract local visitors. Due to our diverse and international program, AIR Amsterdam is also renowned abroad. Year after year we make it to the 100 best clubs in the world according to DJ MAGS prestigious ranking. Whatever you’re looking for, AIR aspires to deliver an unique experience!
Facilities
AIR has exceptional audio-visual facilities, including the state of the art Void Acoustic sound system. 800 lockers are available at the spacious entrance to ensure guests can store their personal belongings safely and efficiently. The club has five bars, three restrooms, two smoking areas and three rooms, each with their own design and atmosphere. Every club night AIR Amsterdam provides a sociable and special experience for approximately 1200 party guests.
air card
Our own credit card allows you to easily top up your balance and purchase drinks at the club. With this card, you no longer need to carry cash or worry about running out of funds while enjoying your night out. Simply load your card with funds at the club entry and use it to buy drinks throughout the night. It’s a convenient and secure way to pay, ensuring that you can fully enjoy your evening without any hassle.
House Rules
Our guests must be at least 18+ years old (depending on the event) and must be able to show valid identification in case of doubt.
Violation of these house rules may result in refusal of entry or expulsion without ticket refund.
It is mandatory to follow the instructions of the staff.
By purchasing an admission ticket, you declare that you have read and agree to the terms and house rules applicable at AIR Amsterdam.
AIR advises wearing earplugs, which are available at the entrance.
Visitors will be searched upon entry. Refusal may result in denial of entry to the club.
In AIR Amsterdam, an AIR card can be purchased. This credit is valid for two years after the last use.
We reserve the right to refuse groups larger than 4 people.
You are required to store your coat in a locker or cloakroom.
AIR Amsterdam is not liable for damage, loss, and/or theft of your coat and its contents.
Access may be denied if carrying shoulder bags, sportswear, caps, hats, and clothing from another club.
It is not allowed to take ordered products outside or bring personal drinks inside.
Violent behavior, discrimination, and sexual harassment will not be tolerated.
The use and/or possession of a weapon are strictly prohibited.
The use, trade, and/or possession of hard drugs are strictly prohibited.
Soft drugs up to 5 grams are allowed, excluding pre-rolled joints.
Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the club.
AIR Amsterdam is entitled to record visitors on audiovisual media and reproduce and publish this footage. This also includes camera registration for the purpose of maintaining public order and safety in and around AIR Amsterdam.
It is not allowed to make video or sound recordings with professional equipment without permission.
It is not allowed to publish images and/or sound recordings without permission.
Should the security or doorhost suspect that the guest is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, the guest may be denied access.
By entering the club, you automatically agree to the image registration and use of these images by AIR Amsterdam and its media partners.
It is not allowed to distribute or affix advertising materials before, during, and after an event without permission. Cleaning costs will be charged to the relevant provider.
Do not disturb the neighbors when leaving.
